Panda

Panda is a Mexican rock band from Monterrey, Nuevo León, formed in 1996 and active until 2016. The group is also sometimes styled PXNDX. Its line-up consists of José Madero, Arturo Arredondo, Ricardo Treviño and Jorge Vázquez.

Career

The band first draws local attention in 2001 with Arroz con Leche. It then reaches wider success with Para ti con desprecio in 2005 and Amantes Sunt Amentes in 2006. Their music is associated with rock, pop punk, punk rock, punk, emo and poetics.

Notes

The name Panda is used for other acts in different countries and genres, but the Mexican band from Monterrey is the group referred to here.
