Erik Hassle

Erik Hassle is a Swedish pop singer and composer from Katrineholm, Sweden. Born in 1988, he builds his career around pop music and is associated with Record Company TEN.

Career

He signs a Swedish record contract with Roxy Recordings in 2008, then takes an international record contract with Island Records and Universal Republic in 2009. His first single, “Hurtful”, charts on the Swedish singles list. His international debut album, Pieces, follows and establishes his wider recording career.

Recognition

Hassle receives attention in major newspapers, including The Guardian, as a new act, and he wins the P3 Guld prize for Newcomer of the Year 2009 in January 2010. He also tours as an opening act for MIKA.
