Dragster

Dragster is a female-fronted punk rock’n’roll band from Coventry, UK. The group works within punk and punk n roll, and is listed as a five-piece. It is a separate act from several other bands that have used the same name.

Line-up

The Coventry group’s lineup includes Fi on vocals, Diesel on guitar, AC Speed on lead guitar, Tom AK on bass and Dave on drums. AC Speed is listed as the lead guitarist from 2006 to July 2014, with Ben Kelly taking over on lead guitar from August 2014.

Releases

The band releases two EPs/singles, Redneck / Trailer Trash and Killer Bees. It also releases two albums: Step Into The Deathray on Noisemaker Records and Here Come The Meat Robots on STP Records.

Activity

Dragster is associated with UK touring and appears at the Rebellion punk festival. The band is working on a follow-up to Here Come The Meat Robots.
