Craig Campbell

Craig Campbell is a US country singer from Lyons, United States, born in 1979. He begins performing piano at his mother’s church at the age of 10 and later forms a band called Out of the Blue.

Career

In 2002, Campbell moves to Nashville, Tennessee, where he secures a regular job at The Stage, a prominent club on Lower Broadway, and records demo sessions for other singers. After meeting and becoming friends with fellow Georgian Luke Bryan, he starts writing his own songs.

Record producer Keith Stegall sees Campbell perform at The Stage in 2008 and signs him to Bigger Picture Music Group. Campbell later releases his debut single, Family Man, which builds radio play and sales before entering the US Billboard Hot 100. The song appears on his self-titled debut album, produced by Stegall.
