Blackhole

Blackhole are a hardcore punk band from Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. The group is active and forms in 1986. Their line-up includes frontman Richard Carter, who is the brother of Frank Carter and Steph Carter of Gallows.

Releases

The band’s first studio album, Dead Hearts, comes out in 2009 and is produced by Colin Richardson, who also works on albums by Slipknot and Machine Head. Blackhole also release a self-titled two-track EP after reforming.

Live activity

Blackhole tour with acts including Underoath, Cancer Bats, Every Time I Die, The Ghost Of A Thousand and Johnny Truant. In 2009, they headline the Red Bull Bedroom Jam Stage at Download Festival. The band later splits in 2010, then confirms a reformation in 2015 and tours the UK with Brawlers and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes.
