Awry

Awry is a little-known New York band led by Shara Worden before she becomes known for her work with Sufjan Stevens and for her solo project, My Brightest Diamond. The group releases two full-length albums, AwRY and Quiet B Sides, along with a remix project titled Remix 1.

The self-titled album has a sound that differs from My Brightest Diamond, while Quiet B Sides moves in territory similar to Worden’s later work. The band’s original site remains at awrysense.com.
