Andy Votel is an electronic musician and producer from Marple Bridge, United Kingdom. Born Andrew Shallcross in 1975, he works across plunderphonics, psychedelic music, soul, electronica and downtempo.

Career

In 1997, he sets up Twisted Nerve Records with Damon Gough, who also records as Badly Drawn Boy. He is also associated with Finders Keepers.
