Outlook Festival kicks off with a 2012 Launch Party in January

Outlook will explode in to the new year at Ewer Street car park to celebrate the launch of this years festival and cleverly clutching the coveted prize of Best European Festival at the UK Festival Awards.

Arch 1 plays host to the almighty Iration Steppas Sound System who pride themselves with one of the top dubwise sound systems in the world. They will be taking over with grimester Logan Sama, Deep Medi’s V.I.V.E.K, Quest, J:Kenzo, The Dubateers Ft Charlie P, Planas Ft Jila and Evergreen.

Mungo’s Hifi Sound System will be taking the roof off of Arch 2 with their own brand of reggae and dub. They will be playing alongside Ninja Tune’s The Bug & Daddy Freddy, Rebel MC aka Congo Natty featuring Nanci & Pheobe, the rhythm beater himself Benny Page, Junglist Kenny Ken,  Drum and Bass DJ and producer Alix Perez, Spectrasoul, Octane & DLR, ANT TC1, Dub Boy and Finwa – PHEW!

Noise Control Audio will be banging out the bass in Arch 3 with dubstep trio Dark Sky who have taken the scene by storm, they will be supported by one of the most controversial artists in the UK Funky scene Lil Silva, ‘Night Slugs’ Girl Unit, London born and bred electronic genius George Fitzgerald, Fantastic Mr Fox, Elphino, Marcus Nasty, Klose One and Boyson.

Outlook festival which will run from 30th August – 3rd September, is set against a backdrop of the stunning region of Istria, Croatia in a breathtaking abandoned fort. The Outlook site looks like something from a lost world and boasts the most unique festival site in Croatia, if not Europe. Located on a peninsular surrounded by crystal clear ocean views, Outlook combines sun soaked beach parties by day and all night raving up at the fort when the sun sets! The legendary Outlook boat parties will also be setting sail with some of the most exciting artists and brands from bass and soundsystem culture!
