We Out Here 2027 brings a four-day music bill rooted in jazz, soul, hip hop and electronic music to Wimborne St Giles, Dorset.

The festival launched in 2019 and moved to Wimborne St Giles in 2023. Licensed capacity is 24,999. The 2027 edition runs from 19 to 22 August.

Lineup and Programme

The bill leans into jazz, soul, hip hop, house, afro, electronica, electronic music and sound system culture.

Listed stages and spaces include Main Stage, Lush Life, Rhythm Corner, The Grove, The Bowl, Big Top, Roller Rink, Love Dancin’, Lemon Lounge, Brawnswood, We Out Here Radio, Love Serve Bar, Near Mint Records, Carhartt, New Beat Hotel, Talks Tent and Yoga/Wellbeing.

Away from stage times, the programme covers live music and DJ sets, wellness sessions and workshops, talks and debates, family activities, roller skating, record browsing/listening areas, hot tubs, saunas and paddle boarding.

Who Is It For?

The audience is intergenerational and family-friendly, with a strong jazz and UK club-culture core.

All ages are welcome. Children under 18 must have tickets bought with an adult 18+ ticket, with a maximum of four children’s tickets per adult ticket. Under-18s must be accompanied by the adult on the booking and by a responsible adult aged 21+ for the duration of the festival.

The Venue and Site

Wimborne St Giles became the festival’s site in 2023, with the setting described by the festival as a seven-acre lake and woodland parkland.

Weekend tickets include general camping. Other accommodation options include Boutique Camping, Pre-Pitched Tents, Live-in Vehicle pitches, Family Camping and Accessible Camping.

Facilities include showers for weekend ticket holders, accessible toilets and accessible showers, a wheelchair charging point in the access campsite, 24-hour medical and welfare in the East Arena, water at toilet blocks and bars, a general store and a bike lock-up point. There is no ATM on site.

  • Rail: Bournemouth Railway Station is the nearest station, with official shuttle and transfers running from there. Bournemouth is about 30 minutes from the site by shuttle.
  • Alternative rail: Salisbury Railway Station is described by the festival as almost exactly the same distance as Bournemouth.
  • Road: St Giles House, Wimborne St Giles, Dorset, BH21 5NA. Road access uses the B3078, with Blue Gate access for staff, suppliers and accessible arrivals; general arrivals follow signs for Red Gate.
  • Parking: General Car Park, Boutique Car Park and Accessible Car Park are available. Day parking is listed, Blue Badge holders do not need a car parking pass and boutique camping has its own car park.
