Thame Town Music Festival and Convention
Thame Town Music 2018 Festival and Convention is a free multi-genre, multi-venue, market town centre based free festival aimed at promoting live original music performance from new and established artists.
2018 is its second year and the 2-day festival will be held on 13-14 July 2018 in Thame, Oxfordshire. TTMF17 saw 9 venues host 58 acts with over 200 musicians attract over 8,000 visitors. TTMF18 will again involve closing the roads in the town centre and will provide 10 venues including the outdoor main stage in the High Street car park to showcase a greater number of musical performers.
In 2018 TTMF18 is expanding the scope of the festival to include a music industry convention element and songwriters’ competition aimed at supporting and educating musicians to help them understand how the music business works, make useful contacts and gain advice on advancing their musical careers.
