Tenterden Folk Festival
2016 marks the 24th year of Tenterden Folk Festival, taking place in the Weald of Kent and it offers up a family friendly, folk atmosphere. This year’s festival is organised between 29th September and 2nd October.
At present there is no line-up announced for Tenterden Folk Festival but previous years attest that plenty of local, national and international musicians will soon be announcing their attendance. Local pubs and venues also get involved. Tenterden is also a huge event on the Morris dancing circuit as it plays host to 60 Morris sides representing a wide range of different Morris styles as well as singing workshops and folk trains.
