Reading Fringe Festival

Bringing together music, comedy and theatre for five days in July, the Reading Fringe Festival showcases local talent and invites guests to show off their skills too. Held in several venues across the city and named because it used to take place in the week leading up to the August Bank Holiday Reading Festival. Comedy, music, film and arts performance can be enjoyed throughout a packed programme of events.

The Reading Fringe Festival has a focus on theatre but music, film and arts aren’t forgotten. This year’s programme includes everything from the Three Penny Opera to showings of classic films.
