Llangollen International Music Eisteddfod has been a Welsh summer celebration since 1947. Over 4000 performers attend every year and it is all about the art of singing and dancing, celebrated on an international stage. The 71st Eisteddfod has been confirmed for 3rd until 9th July and it will take place at the Royal International Pavilion in Llangollen.
Six days of international folk music with an overriding Welsh theme ensure that the best artists in world are all brought together in one place. Over 50 countries get involved and it is a true example of the international music community at work.
