About Landed Festival

Landed began near Rhayader in 2011. For 2027, Landed Festival runs from 23-25 July at a rural outdoor site in Newbridge-on-Wye, Powys, as a music festival with live bands, DJ sets and spoken word. The 2027 edition marks its 17th year, with Best Welsh Festival wins in 2019 and 2023 and Best Welsh Local Festival in 2025.

Lineup and Programme

The bill runs across three live stages and three dance stages. Named stages include River Tekside Stage, River Psyde Stage hosted by Psybase and SkeletonKru Stage.

The programme takes in live music, dance / electronic and spoken word, with circus and theatrical acts elsewhere on site. Kids activities, walkabout performers, market stalls and food traders also sit around the music.

Who Is It For?

This is pitched at an all-ages crowd rather than a late-night-only dance audience. Under-18s must be with a responsible adult, 12s and under go free, and the programme includes Landed Kidz Area & Family Fun.

Dogs can come with registration and a paid dog ticket. A dog-walking area is part of the site.

The Venue and Site

The site sits by Newbridge-on-Wye in Powys, with directions using Argoed Mill on the A470 as the road marker. Weekend ticket holders get free camping and a free car park.

Live-in vehicle, campervan and caravan pitches cost £25 on the door; accessible camping is subject to availability. The site also has a healing and workshops area, food stalls and festival market stalls.

Travel to Landed Festival

The festival site is near Newbridge-on-Wye in Powys, around 3 miles from Llandrindod Wells and 5 miles from Builth Wells.

• Rail: Llandrindod railway station is about 3.8 miles from LD1 6HF. Builth Road is about 6.1 miles away; Pen-y-Bont is about 6.3 miles away.
• Road: Access is via the A470 through Newbridge-on-Wye and Argoed Mill, with local approaches from the B4358 at the New Inn junction and the C1210 toward Brynwern.
• Parking: Weekend ticket holders get free on-site car parking.
