About Edinburgh Psych Fest
On Sunday 6 September, Edinburgh Psych Fest 2026 sets its psychedelic rock bill across Edinburgh as a one-day multi-venue music festival running 11am–11pm.
The first edition took place on 3 September 2023 across Summerhall and Old Lab. The format expanded in 2024, and the fourth edition in 2026 uses five main venues plus an afterparty venue.
The official info page lists the 2026 festival as sold out.
Lineup and Programme
Announced acts include Stereolab, Ty Segall and Angine de Poitrine, with the bill also spanning psychedelic pop, indie rock, post-punk and synth-pop.
The 2026 stages are Usher Hall, The Queen’s Hall, La Belle Angele, Summerhall and Sneaky Pete’s. Venue entry runs first-come, first-served, with stage times and splits provided through the official app.
The afterparty takes place at People’s Leisure Club & Paradise Palms.
Who Is It For?
The audience skews psych and indie.
General admission is 14+; under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Sneaky Pete’s afterparty is 18+.
The Venue and Site
Edinburgh Psych Fest 2026 runs across Usher Hall, The Queen’s Hall, La Belle Angele, Summerhall and Sneaky Pete’s, with one ticket giving access to all venues.
Summerhall handles box office and wristband collection. Food is available in Summerhall’s Courtyard and The Royal Dick pub, and access wristbands with queue-jump apply for eligible attendees.
There is no large-bag or luggage storage at the festival box office area.
