Field Day is famed for its commitment to championing exciting new talent with The XX playing to 500 people on one of its smallest stages last year and Florence and the Machine opening the event in 2007, its inaugural year. In 2010 Field Day has teamed up with XOYO to provide a platform for new artists and whilst we can’t tell you much more about XOYO (yet!) you will be hearing a lot more about them imminently. Talent on this stage includes Factory Floor, Hounds of Hate, Von Haze, Walls, Dam Mantle.
Back by popular demand and expanded for 2010 is the acclaimed Village Mentality area. Helping the true spirit of the village fair live on in one leafy corner of Hackney, head to the Village Mentality area on The Village Green for a fantastic mix of traditional side stalls inspired by country pastimes and wholesome fete games. including Coconut Shy, Milk the Cow, Bowling for Bacon, Splat the Rat and much much more.
So for your chance to be a part of this fantastic event all you need to do is simply register and click ENTER NOW. It couldnt be simpler than that. So enter NOW for your chance to part of this fantastic day.
