Zeus

Zeus is a Canadian indie rock band from Toronto, Canada, active since 2009. The band is signed to Arts & Crafts and is made up of Carlin Nicholson and Mike O'Brien. Other members associated with the group include Rob Drake and Neil Quin.

Releases and recognition

The band releases its debut EP, Sounds Like Zeus, through Arts & Crafts in June 2009. The EP includes a cover of Genesis’s “That’s All”. Its debut album, Say Us, follows in 2010. A vinyl LP appears two weeks before the CD edition. Say Us appears on the 2010 Polaris Music Prize long list, but does not advance to the short list.

Other work

Alongside its own recordings and performances, the band also serves as the backing group for Canadian musician Jason Collett.
