Young Gun Silver Fox is a London-based duo active since 2012. The group brings together Andy Platts, who is also a member of Mamas Gun, and Shawn Lee, known for his work with Ping Pong Orchestra.

Their music draws on pop, soul and soft rock, with a sound that looks back to 1970s Los Angeles. Their songs reference the style of that period, with emphasis on soulful vocals, strong melodies, detailed musicianship and studio production associated with the era. The group is also associated with yacht rock and is sometimes described as a later revival of that style.
