Without Warning is a progressive metal band from New York, United States. The group forms in Fredonia, New York in 1990 and features Steven Michael on drums, Vinnie Fontanetta on keyboards, Jack Bielata on vocals, Ted Burger on guitar and Graham Thomson on bass.

The band releases three albums internationally. Its first album, Making Time, appears on Zero Corp in Japan and gains moderate success. It is produced by Eddie Kramer, known for work with Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix. The second album, Believe, moves toward a heavier and more progressive sound and is produced by Alex Perialis, whose credits include Anthrax and Metallica. It is released in Europe on Inside Out and in Japan on Zero. The third album, Step Beyond, takes a more refined approach and combines intelligent songwriting with emotion, technical complexity and accessible vocal melodies. It is released in the US on Conquest Music.
