Winston Francis is a Jamaican soul and reggae singer, born in 1948. He works mainly as a balladeer and is associated with smooth, roots-oriented reggae.

During the late 1950s and 1960s, he works almost entirely with producer Linden Pottinger, a period that forms the main body of his early recorded output.
