We Are Harlot

We Are Harlot is a hard rock group from Los Angeles, active since 2011. The band is also often shortened to Harlot. Its core lineup includes singer Danny Worsnop, guitarist Jeff George and drummer Bruno Agra.

Formation and members

The group is organised by Danny Worsnop, who is formerly of Asking Alexandria, and Jeff George, who is formerly of Sebastian Bach. Bruno Agra, formerly of Revolution Renaissance, plays drums. Brian Weaver of Silvertide is also named as part of the lineup in the band’s early period. Worsnop also leaves Asking Alexandria to focus on this project.

Style and releases

We Are Harlot describes itself as a rock and roll band influenced by Aerosmith, KISS, Def Leppard and Van Halen, with the aim of making a modern version of 1980s rock and roll. The band releases its first single, “Denial”, in 2014, followed by “Dancing On Nails”. It then announces a self-titled debut album, which is placed on pre-order for release later in March.

Live activity

The band is announced for a series of festival appearances, including Fort Rock in South Florida, Rockville in North Florida, Rock on the Range, Northern Invasion in Somerset and Download Festival.
