Ursa Major
Ursa Major is a hard rock and progressive rock group from New York, United States, best known for a self-titled album released in 1972. The band is also associated with hard rock, psychedelic rock and 1970s rock, and is described as a 1960s US heavy psych band connected with guitarist Dick Wagner.
Recording and personnel
The group releases one collectible album, Ursa Major, and two singles are taken from it: “Liberty and Justice” and “Let The Music Play”, both issued in 1972. The band is described as a short-lived project formed by Dick Wagner with former Amboy Dukes bassist Greg Arama.
