URNE

URNE is a UK metal group from London, described as working across progressive metal, sludge metal and metalcore, with stoner metal also associated with its sound. The band is formed by ex-members of Hang The Bastard and originally operates as a three-piece.

The group releases its debut album, Serpent & Spirit, and later works on a second album. That follow-up features a collaboration with Joe Duplantier of Gojira, who also produces the record and describes the debut as one of the best metal albums he has heard in years.
