Tribes

Tribes are an indie rock band from Camden, London, active from 2010 to 2013. The group forms around Johnny Lloyd, Dan White, Jim Cratchley and Miguel Demelo.

They form in summer 2009 and build an early reputation through live shows in London. For their sixth gig, in June 2010, they are invited to support the Pixies at the London Troxy.

Recordings

The band’s debut EP, We Were Children, is a four-track release. Their debut single, Sappho, follows in 2011 and is made available as a download. Tribes are associated with indie and alternative rock.
