Trademark is a name used by several different music acts. One version is a project by Tony Reeves and Mark Angus, both underground electronic music producers, who are signed to Intelligent Audio, a label run by Clare Thwaites, also known as DJ Clare Large.

Other acts using the same name include an electropop band from England, an Israeli punk rock band, a Japanese indie rock band, Trademark Arad, and a Louisville emo/new school band from the mid-1990s that appears on a Shandle Records compilation.
