Tigercats

Tigercats are a UK indie pop and pop group active since 2010. The band forms around singer Duncan Barrett, who previously plays in Esiotrot, before starting a new project after a break.

The line-up includes Duncan Barrett, his brother Giles Barrett on bass, Paul Rains, Will Connor and Laura K, with Laura on keyboard. Earlier members also include Jonny on drums and Stefan on guitar. The band takes its name from Tigercats and develops as a small indie-pop line-up with changing personnel.

Tigercats release singles on Haircut Records and WeePop, and issue two albums on Fika Recordings and Fortuna POP. Their sound sits within indie rock, twee, alternative rock, indie and indie pop.
