The Yarns are a group from Oxford, England, active since 2009. They are based in Oxford even though none of the members come from there.
Their songs deal with love, loss, economic development in post-independent African economies, and other romantic and heartbreaking subjects. They have released an EP, available for 1 English pound or by email request.
The group also notes that the Persian word for “yarn” is “tar”.
