The Swingers

The Swingers are an Illinois punk group from Erie, United States, active from 1978 to 1981. The group’s members are Willie Cotter, Jim DeMonte, Rick DiBello and Jeff Klahr.

Several other acts use the same name, including a New Zealand rock band formed from the remains of The Suburban Reptiles, a jazz release on Rotary, a Northern soul band, a punk/orgcore band from Ufa, and a Finnish dance band. The Illinois punk group is the act associated with the given dates, origin and membership.
