The Soft Pack
The Soft Pack are an indie rock band from San Diego, United States. They form in 2008 and are active under the name The Soft Pack after first performing and releasing music as The Muslims. The group consists of Brian Hill, Matt Lamkin, Dave Lantzman and Matty McLoughlin.
Early work
Before adopting their current name, the band releases one single and a 12-inch EP on 1928 Recordings as The Muslims. That early material establishes the line-up that continues in the later group.
Releases
As The Soft Pack, the band releases two EPs and a self-titled debut album. Their sound sits within indie rock, with tags also associating them with garage rock, garage punk and indie.
Personnel
Matt Lamkin provides vocals and guitar, Matty McLoughlin plays guitar, David Lantzman plays bass, and Brian Hill plays drums.
