The Revelators

The Revelators

The Revelators is a garage rock group from Columbia, Missouri, in the United States. It is one of two acts using the name; the other is a garage-punk band from Cape Town, South Africa.

The Columbia group is active in the late 1990s and plays a mix of garage, punk and rockabilly. Its members include John Schooley, who is also associated with John Schooley And His One Man Band and The Hard Feelings; Jeremiah Kidwell, who is also associated with The Litigators; and Bill Randt, who is also associated with New Bomb Turks.

The band breaks up after recording its second album, Let A Poor Boy Ride, which is recorded in 1998 and released later in 2008.
