The Orielles

The Orielles are an indie rock band from Manchester, United Kingdom, active since 2013. The group includes sisters Sid Dee Hand Halford and Esmé Dee Hand-Halford, along with Alex Stephens and Henry Carlyle Wade.

The band’s sound combines jangly indie pop guitar lines with funk-influenced bass parts associated with 1980s no-wave, alongside elements of the baggy indie dance style of the early 1990s. Their music is also associated with dream pop and indie pop as well as indie rock.
