The History Of Apple Pie

The History of Apple Pie are a London band who form in 2010 and remain active until 2015. Their sound sits across dream pop, indie pop, indie rock, noise pop and shoegaze.

Line-up

The band centres on the songwriting partnership of Stephanie Min, who sings, and Jerome Watson, who plays guitar. They are joined by James Thomas on drums, Aslam Ghauri on guitar and Joanna Curwood. Kelly Lee Owens plays bass in the group before leaving to pursue a solo career.

Recordings

Their debut album, Out of View, appears in 2013 and leads to a pair of singles. The follow-up album, Feel Something, appears in 2014.
