The DJ Producer is Luke McMillan, a British DJ associated with the underground rave and techno scene in the UK. Based in Bath, he is linked to hardcore, breakcore, gabber, darkcore and industrial hardcore.

He develops an interest in fast, precise mixing through early exposure to electro and hip hop. He gets his first turntables in 1988, and by the time he starts college in 1989 he is already following the shift in dance music. He becomes known as one of the first mainstream hardcore techno DJs in the UK.

During the mid-1990s, he is a regular presence in techno rooms at raves including Helter Skelter, NORTH, Dreamscape, Vibealite, Club Kinetic, Resurrection and Revelation. His work is associated with Rebelscum, and he is listed as part of Hellfish & Producer.
