The Dismissive Attack were formed in Chesterfield in 2007 after the demise of Y.G.S. due to artistic differences. A straight ahead hard rock band who stylistically as a 3 peice play hard and fast. Influences can be taken from bands such as Thin Lizzy, Nirvana, The Goo Goo Dolls and the band has been likened to Fightstar in their sound.
