Background

David Latto is an alt-country songwriter from the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland. Before forming this project, he plays in the Scottish alt-rock outfit State of Affairs for more than nine years. During that period, the band appears at Scotland’s largest festival and receives national radio play.

Style and influences

The project moves in a different direction from his earlier work, with Latto writing songs in an alt-country vein. His stated influences range from Tom T. Hall to Drive-By Truckers.
