The Creepshow

The Creepshow is a psychobilly group from Burlington, Canada, active since 2005. It forms in Ontario’s 905 music scene, with the original line-up coming together with the aim of starting a psychobilly band. The group’s songs are largely about horror films, and its sound is associated with fast tempos, group vocals and crowd sing-alongs. It is also known for its live performances.

Background

Before The Creepshow, several members have experience in other local bands. Sean McNab performs as singer and guitarist and has been in the Burlington groups Outspan and Jersey. Kristian Rowles writes songs and plays trombone, and has performed in the ska band Two-Face as well as in Outspan. Matt Gee divides his time between The Creepshow and the punk band Rehab for Quitters, where he also plays drums.
