The Bendal Interlude
The Bendal Interlude is a Liverpool, United Kingdom stoner-metal band that also draws on thrash, rock and blues. The group forms in 2006 and is made up of Stu on guitar, Nat on vocals, Dave on drums and Tommy on bass.
Releases
The band releases a three-track demo called Old Meg in 2007. In 2008 it issues a six-track EP on Foal Recordings, with 1,000 copies pressed and 1,000 sold.
Live activity
The Bendal Interlude tours with a wide range of heavy acts, including Sunn O))), Earth, Orange Goblin, Corrosion of Conformity, Church of Misery, Los Natas, Doomriders, Taint, Valume Nob, Rammesses, Sourvein, Fucked Up, Cancer Bats, Career Suicide, Ringworm, Pulling Teeth, Part Chimp, Trash Talk and Ravens Creed. It also appears at Sonisphere Festival in 2010.
