The Amazons are an alternative rock band from Reading, UK. The band is a five-piece group made up of Matt Thomson on vocals and rhythm guitar, Ella McRobb on vocals, Chris Alderton on lead guitar, Elliot Briggs on bass and George Le Page on drums. Their debut EP, Don’t You Wanna, is released in October 2015.

Style and identity

The band is associated with indie rock, rock and hard rock. Their membership includes two vocalists, with Matt Thomson and Ella McRobb sharing vocal duties alongside the standard guitar, bass and drums line-up.
