Spartaque is a Ukrainian techno and minimal techno artist whose work develops from early self-teaching in music software and computer-based production. Before starting a professional career, he spends long periods at home studying software independently while friends play football outside. His approach focuses on making a high-quality dance music sound that matches Western counterparts, with particular attention to current musical trends and detailed sound design.

Career and collaborations

Spartaque builds his reputation through cooperation with Ukrainian and international DJs and musicians. This work helps him reach a professional level as a producer and establishes him as a prominent figure in Ukrainian club culture. His name appears at the top of the Ukrainian interactive DJ ranking TOPDJ, and he receives three nominations at the Ukrainian Dance Music Awards.

Labels and radio work

He works with several major Ukrainian labels, including Virus Music, Send Records and Relax Recordings. In 2007 he begins close collaboration with Kiss FM, described as Ukraine’s largest dance radio station. His strongest tracks receive airtime there, and his most successful remixes enter heavy rotation.
