Sluts of Trust
Sluts of Trust are a Glasgow-based rock group active since 2002. They first perform at King Tut's on New Year's Eve 2002 and go on to build a strong reputation in their home city for intense live shows.
Style and lineup
The band's sound combines skuzzy, roller-coaster guitar work with John McFarlane's sexually charged lyrics. Roo Harris provides the drumming, and the pair's performances are described as fierce and immediate.
Releases and activity
After a UK tour and dates in Europe, the group releases a limited-edition debut single that sells out within a week. Their first album, We Are All Sluts of Trust, follows in 2004.
