Slaves

Slaves is a Swedish rock band. The group has also been referred to as SOFT PLAY, and the name Slaves is used in connection with a two-piece punk rock act from Kent formed by Isaac Holman and Laurie Vincent. Holman performs vocals and drums, while Vincent plays guitar and sings.

Releases

The duo’s debut mini-album, Sugar coated bitter truth, comes out on Girl Fight Records in 2012. In 2014, they issue Where's Your Car Debbie?, Hey and The Hunter. Their first full-length album, ARE YOU SATISFIED?, follows in 2015, after the three-track 7-inch Feed The Mantaray. Their second album, Take Control, appears in 2016, and their third album, Acts of Fear and Love, follows in 2018.

Style and label

The band is described as punk rock, with tags also placing it within post-hardcore, alternative rock, rock and garage rock. It is signed to Virgin EMI.
