Silver

Silver is a UK metal supergroup active from 2001. The line-up includes Gary John Barden, who is associated with acts such as MSG, Statetrooper and Praying Mantis, alongside Bernie Tormé, Don Airey, Michael Voss and Marco Minnemann. The group releases melodic hard rock with a classic rock edge.

Release

The band’s self-titled album Silver appears in 2001 on Barfly. Its track list includes “Silver”, “Pretender”, “Sister Love”, “Marianna”, “Christine”, “She Was Mine”, “Walk The Stage”, “The Writer”, “Far Behind” and “No More Tears”.

Other uses of the name

The name Silver is also used by several other unrelated acts, including a Norwegian glam-punk band, a 1970s US rock group, a drum and bass producer, a North Carolina rock band, a Dutch rock band, a Japanese rock band, and a singer-songwriter/guitarist.
