she's green is a group from Berkeley, United States, active since 1989. The band’s members are John Kiffmeyer, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, Tré Cool and Jason White. It is associated with alternative rock, pop punk, power pop, punk, punk rock and rock, and has been connected with Green Daze Music and Reprise Records.

The group has also been described as a Minneapolis-based dream-inducer with a line-up of vocalist Zofia Smith, guitarists Liam Armstrong and Gray Yoshida, bassist Teddy Nordvold and drummer Kevin Seebeck. Its music draws on the washier, ambient side of 1990s shoegaze, combining droning fuzz, reverberating screams and melodic textures.

she's green has played a small number of local shows and has gained attention through its early singles, river and smile again. Both tracks are recorded and mixed in Armstrong’s bedroom.
