Sedulus

Sedulus is a London group active since 2005. The band plays stoner rock with elements of psychedelic space rock, progressive rock and metal, and is associated with stoner metal, alt rock and post-rock as well as the broader stoner rock sound.

Line-up

The group includes Richard Williams on guitar, Amit Patel on guitar, Will Wichanski on bass and vocals, and Mithun Shah on drums. It also features members of Gurt and Diesel King.

Live activity and performances

Live performance is central to the band’s identity. Sedulus builds its reputation through a growing list of gigs that includes the Mean Fiddler, Camden Barfly and the Underworld in London.

Sedulus shares bills with Brant Bjork, Nebula, Karma to Burn, Jex Thoth and Ufomammut, placing it alongside a range of heavy rock and metal acts.
