Schema

Schema is a Polish doom metal group from Warsaw, active since 2005. The band is associated with doom metal, metal and progressive metal, and describes its music in terms of heaviness, reflection, slow rhythm, melody and vocals that move between roaring and a more meditative style.

Schema releases Miasto nierzeczywiste as an EP and Pierwsze zauroczenie as an LP.

Style and themes

The band presents its music as dark and atmospheric, using imagery of twilight, fading reality, blurred memory and places becoming strange. Its name is also linked to a New Testament phrase about the passing form of the world.
