Scar Symmetry

Scar Symmetry is a Swedish metal group from Avesta, formed in 2004. Their sound is associated with melodic death metal, progressive metal, groove metal and metal.

Line-up

The group includes Christian Älvestam, Jonas Kjellgren, Kenneth Seil, Henrik Ohlsson, Per Nilsson, Roberth Karlsson, Lars Palmqvist, Andreas Holma and Ben Ellis. After the release of Holographic Universe, the band continues with two lead vocalists: Roberth Karlsson handling growled vocals and Lars Palmqvist handling clean vocals. Carl's earlier role in the group is not listed here.

Releases

The band’s studio albums include Symmetric in Design, Pitch Black Progress, Holographic Universe, Dark Matter Dimensions and The Unseen Empire. Holographic Universe, the third album, appears in 2008.
