SAI, the Swedish alternative rock band

SAI is an alternative rock band from Gothenburg, Sweden. The band forms in 2007 and disbands in 2009, later reforming as Junction Skies after a record label deal with Dead Tree Music. During its short run, it releases several self-financed recordings and one music video. Its early material is heavier than the rock sound it later develops, and it receives praise in alternative media, including France’s Rock One Magazine. Before the name change, the band plays a series of shows in Belgium and contributes the track Avantgarde to the annual Gothenburg Allstar Collection, a compilation series.
