Richard James

Richard James is a Welsh singer-songwriter, guitarist and bassist from Wales. He is the former bass guitarist of Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci, the Welsh prog-folk band.

He performs and records as a solo artist, and also works with Pen Pastwn and Locus. Earlier in his career, he is a songwriter in Mainly Spaniards and The Letter 5.

He also forms The South Tonight in 2008 with John Kelcher, who is formerly of Sneaky Feelings, and other musicians from Christchurch.
