2) Without knowing a bunch of bands named Resin already existed, the duo of Joel D'amour and Matt Pacey (aka Forkimified) from Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada used the name during highschool. They played mostly lo-fi acoustic and grunge songs, with the occasional electric guitar noise collage. They are now known as Lemon Scented Shotgun.
3) A defunct three-piece grunge act from Cambridge, UK, formed by Josh Ward, now producing electronic music as Resinate.
