Real Estate is an indie rock band from Ridgewood, New Jersey, in the United States, active since 2008. The group is associated with dream pop, indie pop, indie rock, indietronica, noise pop and rock, and is also tagged with lo-fi and surf rock.
Line-up
The band includes Martin Courtney, Alex Bleeker, Julian Lynch, Matthew Kallman and Matthew Mondanile. The group has also featured Sammi Niss, and former members include Etienne Pierre Duguay and Jonah Maurer.
Albums
Real Estate releases a run of albums beginning with its self-titled debut in 2009. Later albums include Days (2011), Atlas (2014), In Mind (2017), The Main Thing (2020) and Daniel (2024).
